Bloomsburg Women's Tennis Defeats Slippery Rock

BLOOMSBURG--The Bloomsburg University women's tennis team picked up its first win of the season on Sunday by defeating Slippery Rock, 7-2.

The Huskies took a 2-1 lead after doubles and then captured five of the six single matches, including a 6-2, 6-1 win from Emily Murphy at number four.

The Huskies, 1-1, visit IUP on Tuesday.
